ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Brand Strategist – D2C to take complete ownership of the brand's direction, positioning, and growth across social media, website, creators, campaigns, product launches, visual identity, and customer communication.

This is a high-ownership brand role, not a social-media-only position. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in product-based D2C brands and the ability to independently convert brand objectives into strategies, campaigns, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own the overall brand positioning, vision, personality, tone of voice, and visual direction.
- Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop solid brand themes, content pillars, messaging frameworks, and communication strategies.




- Ensure every campaign and piece of content aligns with the overall brand identity.

2. Social Media Strategy
- Lead the complete organic social media strategy across relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars covering reels, stories, static posts, campaigns, and other formats.
- Identify emerging trends, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the target audience.
- Review social media performance and continuously improve content strategy based on data and insights.

3. Website & Customer Experience
- Own the brand and customer-experience direction of the website.
- Provide strategic inputs for homepage, product pages, landing pages, messaging, visuals, merchandising, and CRO initiatives.
- Ensure website communication is aligned with brand positioning and customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer journey and conversion.
