vConstruct is seeking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of Structural Steel detailing projects, major client accounts, and project management teams.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing future leaders, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring consistent delivery across multiple projects. The ideal candidate combines exceptional leadership, commercial awareness, and client management skills with a robust understanding of structural detailing and VDC project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of complex Structural Steel detailing projects.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Manager II's, Project Managers, and Team Leaders.
- Develop project delivery strategies that align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, General Contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio performance, financial health, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.




- Partner with Operations and Technical Leadership to optimize project execution.
- Drive operational improvements, standardization, and best practices across project teams.
- Lead project recovery efforts and resolve complex commercial or operational challenges.
- Support business development activities, strategic pursuits, and client presentations.
- Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Champion collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Represent the organization during executive client meetings and strategic reviews.
