Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented BPO Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a sales team for a banking process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven BPO sales experience, and the ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10–15 sales executives.
- Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Handle team attendance and attrition effectively.
- Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
- Track sales productivity, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, customer handling, and process adherence.
- Ensure compliance with company and process guidelines.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth process operations.
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of total BPO Sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader.
- Prior experience managing a team size of 10–15 members.
- Experience handling attrition and attendance.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates from banking, financial services, BPO, or telesales backgrounds will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
