About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Talent Recruiter to join our team. The main responsibility will be to identify, approach, and onboard new actors, models, influencers, and child artists to our talent network.

We already have 500+ talents, and we are looking for someone who can continuously expand our talent database and build strong relationships with new talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit 2–4 new talents per day.
- Find potential actors, models, influencers, and artists through Instagram, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
- Contact and explain the agency’s services and opportunities to potential talent.
- Verify talent profiles, portfolios, photos, videos, and basic details.
- Coordinate with talents for registration, profile creation, and document collection.
- Maintain and update the talent database.
- Follow up regularly with interested and shortlisted candidates.




- Build a strong network of talent across different categories and locations.
- Coordinate with the casting team regarding available talent for projects.
- Maintain professional communication with all registered talents.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, sales, casting, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Confident in speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with daily recruitment goals.
- Passion for films, entertainment, modelling, and the creative industry.

Performance Target

The primary target is to recruit 2–4 quality talents per day and consistently grow the agency’s talent network.
