Job Summary

Oncowin Cancer Center is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at the S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad location. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the hospital's healthcare services, building strong relationships with doctors and referral partners, generating patient leads, and supporting business development activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, and an interest in hospital/healthcare marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote hospital services, departments, treatments, and healthcare facilities to potential patients and referral sources.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.




- Generate patient referrals and current business opportunities through field marketing and networking.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.
- Explain hospital services and treatment facilities to referral partners and prospective patients.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, referrals, and prospective patients.
- Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners and identify opportunities for increasing patient referrals.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for marketing campaigns, events, and patient-related activities.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, referral data, and marketing activity reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for leads, referrals, and business development.
