Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and service-focused Maestro / Trainee Maestro to join our Food & Beverage team. The Maestro is responsible for delivering excellent beverage and guest service while maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.

The Trainee Maestro position is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing their beverage-service skills under the guidance of experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, qualified, and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the beverage menu and assist guests with selections.
- Maintain high standards of beverage presentation and quality.
- Set up and organize the beverage/service station before each shift.
- Ensure all required glassware, equipment, garnishes,



and supplies are available.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow proper storage and handling procedures for beverages and ingredients.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic service concerns professionally.
- Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, service, and management teams.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.

- Learn beverage preparation and service standards under the supervision of the Maestro or Bar Manager.
