HR Intern

Location: Janakpuri West, Delhi
Employment Type: Internship | Full Time
Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical exposure to various aspects of Human Resources. The intern will work closely with the HR team and support day to day recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments and follow ups
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms
- Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain employee and candidate data in HR records and Google Sheets
- Assist with attendance, leave and other routine HR activities
- Coordinate with candidates and employees regarding HR related requirements




- Support the HR team in various administrative and operational activities
- Learn and contribute to ongoing HR processes and recruitment initiatives

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over calls and messages
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to work from the office on a full time basis
- Candidates are expected to have their own laptop for work purposes
