We are looking for a
Sales Manager
to lead the sales team and drive solar business growth in the assigned territory. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing field sales executives, developing current customer and channel opportunities, and ensuring effective conversion of leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans.
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, partnerships and local market development.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up.

Team Management
- Manage and guide Solar Consultants / Field Sales Executives.
- Set individual targets and monitor daily and monthly performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support team members in customer meetings, negotiations and closures.
- Train and motivate the team to improve productivity and conversion.




- Take corrective action for consistently underperforming team members.

Customer & Lead Management
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to order closure.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Handle key and high-value customers personally.
- Support the team in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.

Territory & Channel Development
- Build relationships with dealers, channel partners, referral partners, builders and local influencers.
- Develop new territories and strengthen business in existing markets.
- Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities to increase the company's presence in the assigned territory.

Sales Operations
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates.
- Monitor calls, meetings, site visits, proposals and conversions.
