Role Summary
We are looking for a Windows L2 Engineer to join the Technical Implementation Team and support the deployment, configuration, and implementation of enterprise Windows infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in Windows Server builds, Microsoft SQL Server cluster deployments, and Active Directory environments. This role requires the ability to execute implementation projects, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Windows Server Implementation
- Build, configure, and deploy Windows Server environments based on project requirements.
- Perform server installation, hardening, patching, and post-build validation activities.
- Support implementation and migration projects involving Windows Server platforms.
- Ensure infrastructure is deployed following organizational standards and best practices.
Microsoft SQL Server Cluster Deployment
- Install, configure, and support Microsoft SQL Server Failover Clusters.
- Assist in designing and implementing high-availability SQL environments.
- Perform cluster validation, testing, and troubleshooting during implementation activities.
- Work closely with database and application teams to ensure successful deployments.
Active Directory & Domain Services
- Configure and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
- Perform domain join, OU creation, GPO implementation, and user/group management.
- Support domain migrations, trust relationships, and AD health checks.
- Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and domain-related issues.
Technical Implementation & Project Support
- Participate in infrastructure implementation and customer onboarding projects.
