Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into sales.




- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and existing leads.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Update customer information and sales activity in CRM/software/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers for payments or documentation when required.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or a similar role.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or lead management tools.
