About the Role:
We’re looking for an
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and culture initiatives. You’ll drive people strategies, implement processes, and ensure the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top talent, all while keeping the workplace engaging and efficient.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end HR strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across parallel mandates - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Drive structured performance management systems including goal-setting and appraisal cycles
- Oversee HR operations across clients, compliance,



documentation, reporting, and process governance
- Develop and implement customized HR policies, SOPs, and scalable frameworks aligned with each client’s growth stage
- Act as a strategic HR partner to founders and leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational structure
- Design and execute team engagement initiatives and company offsites end-to-end
- Track and analyze HR metrics to support data-backed decision-making
- Manage multiple stakeholders with varying expectations, timelines, and priorities while ensuring accountability

Who You Are:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on HR experience across recruitment, HR operations, and performance management
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders or accounts simultaneously
- Robust communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and leadership
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively under pressure
