Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Trainer / Teacher to train students in nursing and healthcare-related subjects, with a strong focus on practical skills and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for students.
- Teach and demonstrate nursing procedures, dressing techniques, wound care and other relevant healthcare practices.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide students during practical sessions.
- Assess students' knowledge, practical skills and overall performance.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment and training records.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum, training methodology and assessment guidelines.
- Create a disciplined, safe and engaging learning environment.
- Provide regular feedback and support to students to improve their practical skills.

Eligibility & Requirements
- B.Sc.



Nursing qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in nursing, teaching or training.
- Experience in teaching/training students will be preferred.
- TOT (Training of Trainer) Certification is preferred.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Strong practical knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
- Candidates willing to work in Balaghat will be preferred.

Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month based on experience and skills.
- Salary is negotiable for TOT-certified trainers and may be offered above the mentioned range, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications and last drawn salary.
- Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on the candidate's profile.
