Principal – School Leadership

Experience:

 Minimum 4 years of experience as a Principal.

 Overall experience in educational leadership is preferred.

 Must have a thorough understanding of the academic and operational functioning of Pre-

Primary, Primary, Middle School, and High School sections.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the school in alignment with the principles and objectives of the National Education

Policy (NEP).

 Oversee the effective functioning of Pre-Primary, Primary, and High School divisions,

ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency.

 Develop and implement strategies to improve student admissions, enrollment growth, and

retention.

 Drive academic excellence by enhancing student learning outcomes, board examination

results, and overall school performance.

 Design and implement teacher development and upskilling programs through training,

mentoring, classroom observations, and performance management.

 Monitor and reduce student dropout rates through proactive intervention, counseling, and

engagement initiatives.





 Ensure compliance with educational regulations, statutory requirements, and quality

standards.

 Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that promotes holistic student

development.

 Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to

enhance the school's reputation and growth.

 Analyze academic and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and

implement corrective actions.

 Lead annual planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and school development initiatives.

 Promote innovation in teaching-learning practices and the effective integration of

technology in education.
