? Core Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Process invoices, expenses, and payment records according to established procedures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account matching with high accuracy.
- Support payroll preparation and finance administration.
- Maintain organized financial spreadsheets, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry into accounting systems.
- Assist with bookkeeping activities while following documented accounting procedures.
- Support month-end closing activities using established checklists and workflows.
- Ensure all financial records remain complete, organized, and compliant with company policies.
- Assist the Finance team with scheduled accounting and administrative tasks.
