We are seeking an experienced
Data Architect
to design and govern scalable, secure, and efficient data platforms in a
data mesh
workplace. You will lead data architecture initiatives across multiple domains and support both operational and analytical use cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Create
conceptual, logical, and physical data models
to support business requirements in the
Pharma
domains.
- Collaborate
with
data analysts and business stakeholders
to understand data needs and deliver
data solutions
. Maintain comprehensive
documentation
of
data models, data flows, and data dictionaries
.
- Develop and enforce
data modelling standards
, including ER Models, Dimensional, flattened data models optimized for analytics.
- Design and implement
enterprise-grade data architectures
leveraging the medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Lead the development of
data landscapes
, capturing sources, flows, transformations, and consumption layers.




- Collaborate with domain teams to ensure consistency across decentralized data products in a
data mesh architecture
.
- Define metadata and data quality standards across domains.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Experience in
Pharma domain
- Data Modeling
using
Erwin Data Modeler Tool
(dimensional, flattened, common data model, canonical, and domain-specific, entity level data understanding from business process point of view)
- Data Governance
and
Data Classification
frameworks

Architecture & Design:
- Proven expertise in
Data Mesh
or
Domain-Oriented Data Architecture
- Experience with
medallion/lakehouse architecture
- Ability to create
data blueprints and landscape maps
across complex enterprise systems
