Position: Jewellery Stylist

Job Purpose
To provide customers with a premium jewellery shopping experience by understanding their requirements, recommending suitable jewellery, and supporting the achievement of store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences and budget.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on occasion, style and personal preferences.
- Provide professional jewellery styling and product recommendations.
- Explain product details, designs, diamonds, gemstones, pricing and other relevant information accurately.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Company's jewellery collections and products.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure proper handling, presentation and security of jewellery while showing products.
- Maintain the required grooming and professional appearance standards.
- Ensure the showroom and jewellery displays are maintained as per Company standards.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth store operations.
- Follow all Company HR policies, SOPs, security procedures and sales processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information, pricing and Company business information.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Keep updated with new collections, jewellery trends and styling techniques.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
