About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow 3H World’s online presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, audience engagement, campaign execution and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage 3H World’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions.

2. Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop creative and engaging content around physiotherapy, rehabilitation, wellness,



ergonomics and healthcare.
- Create content ideas for reels, carousels, stories, educational posts and campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers and clinical teams for content creation.
- Identify trending topics, formats, hashtags and relevant social media trends.
- Develop campaigns for festivals, awareness days, healthcare events and company initiatives.

3. Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate lead-generation campaigns with the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

4. Community & Brand Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally.
- Build and maintain an active online community.
