Qualifications & Experience
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling large technology organizations with
80+ team members
, including engineering, QA, DevOps, and support functions.
- Demonstrated success in establishing, growing, and managing
offshore delivery centers
and technology teams.
- Strong expertise in
people management, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies
.
- Experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing IT processes, governance frameworks, and operational models to improve efficiency, scalability, and delivery excellence.
- Deep understanding of the
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity best practices
.
- Hands-on experience with
modern application architectures, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, and Agile delivery methodologies
.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, networking,



security, and software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with technology stacks including
C#, .NET, Java, Networking, Cloud Platforms, and Security Technologies
.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and business functions.
- Experience managing distributed teams and coordinating delivery across multiple time zones.
- Robust analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to address complex business and operational challenges.
- Mandatory domain experience in Trading, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as
Agentic AI, Generative AI, GitHub Copilot, and AI-driven software engineering practices
.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
