We are looking for a highly experienced technology qualified with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise SaaS products to millions of users and hundreds of enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in large-scale architecture, engineering organisation building, enterprise technology, and the required technology stack.

We are looking for an exceptional technology qualified who has
already built, scaled and deployed enterprise SaaS products at significant scale

.

This is a very specific search.

We are not looking for someone simply because they have 15–20 years of experience, worked at a large technology company, or currently hold a senior designation.

We are looking for someone who has
actually built enterprise software, scaled it through major growth phases, managed complex engineering organisations,



and solved the problems that emerge when software goes from thousands of users to millions of users and from a few customers to hundreds of enterprises.

And we want someone who wants to
do it again.

The opportunity

Deltafour is building an enterprise technology platform for industrial and manufacturing companies.

The platform is already being deployed in large enterprises and across real industrial environments. As we scale, the technology challenge is changing.

We are now moving from:

Building the product → Scaling the product

Early deployments → Large enterprise deployments

Thousands of users → Hundreds of thousands → Millions of users

A few enterprise customers → Hundreds of enterprise customers

This requires a different level of technology thinking, architecture, engineering processes and team building.
