Growth Strategic Manager

Responsibilities
- Research market trends, identify recent market opportunities, prospect potential clients, and convert qualified prospects into business leads.
- Develop and implement business development and growth strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with AEC companies, corporates, educational institutions, colleges, universities, professionals, and students.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, institutions, and industry stakeholders.
- Understand customer and market requirements and identify opportunities for new or enhanced AEC training programs, courses, and learning solutions.
- Create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and business pitches to potential clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations, finalize commercial agreements, and manage contracts to ensure successful deal closure.




- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and institutional tie-ups with AEC companies, colleges, universities, and industry professionals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to keep AEC Śāstra’s offerings relevant and competitive.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Training, Academic, and Project teams to align business strategies and ensure smooth execution of client and institutional engagements.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and increase business through additional programs, services, and partnerships.
- Prepare and maintain business development trackers, sales pipelines, and performance reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, seminars, workshops, and other activities that contribute to business growth.
