About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for 3H World’s healthcare, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, wellness and corporate initiatives.
The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Clinical and Operations teams to create engaging digital and offline creatives that strengthen the brand and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design
- Design creatives for social media, campaigns, advertisements and marketing activities.
- Create posters, brochures, flyers, standees, banners, presentations and other promotional materials.
- Develop creatives for healthcare awareness campaigns, events, CMEs and corporate wellness programs.
- Create visually appealing content while maintaining brand consistency.
2. Social Media Content
- Design Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn and other social media creatives.
- Create graphics for reels, stories, posts and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaign creatives.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.
3. Branding
- Maintain consistency of 3H World’s brand identity across all communication.
- Follow brand guidelines, typography, logo usage and visual standards.
- Develop templates for recurring marketing and operational requirements.
- Assist in creating new branding assets when required.
4. Marketing & Business Support
- Design sales presentations, pitch decks and client proposals.
- Create promotional material for current services, products and healthcare programs.
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams with client-specific creatives.
- Design internal communication materials, employee announcements and event creatives.
