Our mission: to fight for those victimized by big business and the investors who operate most assisted living and nursing home facilities in the United States.

We handle personal injury, elder abuse, nursing home and assisted living neglect, wrongful death, premises liability, and motor vehicle collisions. Nursing home and assisted living cases make up 65–75% of our work — representing surviving spouses or children whose loved ones suffered bedsores, fractures, dehydration, infections, or falls. We lean on a network of geriatric nurses, internal medicine specialists, orthopedic surgeons, and pathologists to build these cases.

About the Role

We're looking for a
remote Legal Assistant & Case Manager (Personal Injury & Elder Abuse)

to become the operational backbone of a busy plaintiff-side personal injury and elder abuse litigation practice.

In this role, you'll keep cases moving from day one — screening leads, setting up client files, requesting and organizing medical records, bills, and liens, calendaring deadlines and follow-ups, and preparing pleadings and discovery drafts. You'll schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings, coordinate with clients, experts, court reporters, and opposing counsel, and manage the attorney's calendar across both personal injury and divorce matters.
