**Position:** Business Development Executive (BD)

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

* Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.

* Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, and other communication platforms.

* Present and pitch the company's products and services effectively.

* Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales/business team.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements





* 0–1 year of experience in B2B Sales (Freshers are welcome to apply).

* MBA in any specialisation.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Robust interpersonal and presentation skills.

* Good research, lead generation, and negotiation abilities.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
