Sales Manager – HVAC / Technical SalesKey Responsibilities
- Hunter Mindset: Identify, generate, and develop recent business opportunities across industries, corporates, infrastructure, commercial, and residential buildings to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales activities to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring end-to-end order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings with GM, CXO, senior management, and other client stakeholders.
- Negotiate effectively and close business deals within agreed commercial terms.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, identify business opportunities, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular engagement with key customer personnel.
- Coordinate closely with the Technical and Project Teams to ensure smooth project execution.




- Provide technical inputs to customers and address basic technical queries or concerns.
- Handle end-user interactions and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Follow established internal sales processes, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts teams for timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and collections.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and regular sales reports.

Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven field sales / B2B sales experience.
- Strong experience in direct field sales and end-user handling is essential.
- Experience in the HVAC industry will be an added advantage.
- Should have experience dealing with industries, pharmaceutical companies, corporates, commercial establishments, infrastructure projects, and residential buildings.
- Comfortable interacting and negotiating with GM, CXO, senior management, and key decision-makers.
