Role Overview
We are looking for a
Functional Quality Assurance Engineer
with 4-6
years of experience
in manual/functional testing and




basic exposure to test automation
. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and executing test scenarios, validating application functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Test Design
- Understand and analyze functional and business requirements.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs and clarification sessions with BA/PO/development teams.
- Functional & Regression Testing
- Perform end-to-end functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Validate UI, workflow, business rules, and data integrity across modules.
- Execute test cases, log defects, and track them to closure.
- Defect Management & Reporting
- Raise defects with explicit steps to reproduce, impact analysis, and supporting
