We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager who can generate, nurture, and close franchise leads for SMAART CARD across India. The candidate should have solid sales skills, excellent communication, negotiation abilities, and experience in converting franchise/business opportunity leads into successful franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Franchise Leads through Digital Marketing, References, Events, Exhibitions, LinkedIn, and Cold Calling.
- Handle complete franchise sales cycle from Lead Generation to Closure.
- Conduct Franchise Presentations, Zoom Meetings, and Business Opportunity Discussions.
- Explain Investment Model, ROI, Revenue Sharing, and Business Benefits.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Meet potential franchise partners and conduct business meetings.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and onboarding documentation.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong franchise sales pipeline.
Monthly KPI / Target
- Qualified Franchise Leads: 100+
- Business Presentations: 40+
- Franchise Meetings: 20+
- Proposal Submissions: 15+
- Franchise Closures: 5 to 10 per Month
- Monthly Franchise Revenue Target: As Assigned
