About the Role

Diametric Builds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage and coordinate projects from planning through successful completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, team coordination, vendor management, and execution skills, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Manage site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and specifications.
- Track project costs, materials, manpower, and resources effectively.




- Identify project risks, delays, and issues and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor work quality and progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, MIS, progress updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, work orders, and project-related documentation.
- Handle vendor and contractor coordination and performance monitoring.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and clients.
