Our Data Integrity Specialists are key players in documenting, troubleshooting and resolving vendor, item and cost data issues. They assist with customer service by helping users with resolution on day-to-day questions. They also provide instruction and training to business users and procurement assistants.

- Partner with and support the Data Integrity Manager in process development, recent system implementation, enhancements, documentation, tracking and coaching. Work with the Data Integrity Manager to improve the work design and move to maximize the use of technology in managing the company data.
- Provide guidance and coaching to procurement assistants, organizational team members and vendors who perform the same tasks and utilize the various applications.
Function as the subject matter expert of the merchandising systems and technology. Work with businesses across the organization to gain vendor item flow setup and assist in establishing organizational process standards.
- Assist in identifying and documenting process steps to ensure vendor, item and cost flow accurately through the various merchandising systems. Create and maintain new documentation along with updating existing information as processes and technology changes.
- Work with IS to determine and execute the appropriate method for performing technology system or application data updates, exports, imports and cleanup across various systems.
- Maintain data integrity of the various computer systems for vendor, item and cost data across business areas. Perform audits of system data workflow processes and tests upgrades. Correct, delete, and/or combine information as needed.
- Troublesh
