Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, proactive, and versatile
HR & Marketing Associate
to support the company's marketing, HR, and day-to-day business operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence across various platforms, creating marketing content and presentations, assisting with branding and business development activities, coordinating HR-related tasks, and supporting various administrative and operational projects.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas, can manage different priorities, has strong communication skills, and is willing to take ownership of new and miscellaneous projects as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms such as
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels

- Create and coordinate social media posts,



marketing content, graphics, announcements, and other promotional materials.
- Develop
marketing presentations, company profiles, capability decks, brochures, proposals, and other business materials
.
- Assist with company branding, marketing campaigns, website content, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Research competitors, industry trends, potential clients, and recent marketing opportunities.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure content is planned and published on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, project updates, photos, achievements, and other content for marketing purposes.
- Assist with preparation of presentations and materials for clients, management, meetings, and business development activities.
- Support HR activities including recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee communication.
