About The Role
We are looking for
2 enthusiastic and proactive HR Executives
to join our Human Resources team at
Yash Group of Industries
. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and engagement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level HR professionals or recent HR graduates looking to build a strong career in HR management within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job requisitions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Manage the onboarding process for recent hires (document verification, office orientation, and IT setup coordination).
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee databases, physical files, and HR software records.
- Assist in tracking daily attendance, leave management, and preparing monthly inputs for payroll.
- Issue standard HR letters (Offer Letters,



Appointment Letters, Internship Certificates, etc.).
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Help organize office events, celebrations, national festivals, and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Support
- Assist the HR team in basic labor compliance documentation and maintaining office policies (e.g., 5S standards).

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA) or MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
