Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and contribute to lead conversion.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and business development activities.
