The Ken Impact Fellowship is designed for aspiring professionals seeking real-world exposure to the non-profit sector. Fellows will work across branding, fundraising, communications, project management, research, and stakeholder engagement while developing leadership, problem-solving, and skilled skills.

Key Responsibilities

NGO Operations & Administration
- Support community projects and program implementation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain project records and operational data
- Coordinate day-to-day NGO activities

Digital Marketing & Communications
- Create engaging social media content, reels, and campaigns
- Design presentations and awareness materials
- Support branding and digital outreach initiatives

Project & Program Management
- Conduct research and needs assessments
- Assist in planning and executing sustainability projects
- Coordinate events, workshops, and awareness campaigns

Fundraising & CSR Engagement
- Assist in preparing CSR and fundraising proposals
- Support donor outreach and partnership development
- Research funding opportunities

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Coordinate meetings with partners, donors, and volunteers
