Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team in a growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate accounting, including RERA compliance, project-wise accounting, vendor payments, and GST/TDS processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Maintain project-wise books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliation statements
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with income tax compliance
- Handle RERA-related financial compliance and reporting, including cost and revenue tracking as per RERA format
- Support preparation of monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure timely vendor payments, invoice verification, and proper documentation




- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and coordination with CA firms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure customer receipts, agreements, and statutory compliance

Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry
- Working knowledge of RERA compliance and reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Highrise , SAP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance
- Valuable understanding of real estate project financials and cash flow
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills
