HOUSE OF VALERION is hiring passionate and professional Sales Executives / Sales Associates to join our growing fashion sales team for HASTON, our premium casualwear brand.

About the Role

We are looking for confident, well-educated and customer-focused individuals who have strong communication skills, a skilled personality and a proven ability to convert customer interactions into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a professional and friendly approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HASTON products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive sales through effective product presentation and customer engagement.
- Explain product features, fabrics, fits, styling and pricing to customers.
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain excellent customer service and premium shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and product-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain product displays,



store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Support promotional campaigns, new launches and brand activities.
- Follow company sales processes, policies and grooming standards.

Candidate Requirements

Education
- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Graduate candidates with a background in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Retail or Management will be preferred.

Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail, fashion, lifestyle, premium retail or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in fashion/apparel sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales ability may also be considered for junior positions.
