This is not a shadowing internship. From week one, you sit inside a live function, carry deliverables, and are measured on outcomes.

The tracks

You will be assigned to one track based on your background, aptitude and our business requirements.

Project Management / Localisation Operations:
Coordinate multilingual delivery across linguists, reviewers and technology. Own timelines, quality gates and client communication on live enterprise accounts. Work hands-on with our TMS and AI-assisted workflows.

Marketing:
Support content, campaigns, digital presence and demand generation. Research industries and buyer personas, build collateral, and see how a B2B brand is constructed in a specialised services market.

Sales / Business Development:
Build and qualify pipeline, research target accounts, support proposals and pricing, and sit in on enterprise conversations. Learn consultative selling into large, multi-stakeholder organisatio
