We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, employee salary records, and payroll-related queries. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes, statutory deductions, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Collect, validate, and process attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, bonuses, deductions, and salary revisions.
- Calculate gross salary, net salary, arrears, reimbursements, and other payroll components.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary disbursements.
- Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), LWF, TDS, and other applicable deductions.
- Prepare and verify statutory returns and payroll-related documentation.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) for exiting employees.
- Verify employee tax declarations and investment proofs for accurate TDS calculation.
- Prepare salary registers, payslips, payroll summaries, and monthly MIS reports.




- Reconcile payroll data and coordinate with Finance for salary payments and accounting entries.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll records in HRMS/payroll software.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, tax, and statutory perks.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, auditors, payroll vendors, and consultants as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee salary and personal information.
- Support internal and statutory audits and provide required payroll reports/documents.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and Indian statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and F&F.;
- Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Experience with payroll software/HRMS such as SAP, Keka, Zoho, GreytHR, Spine, or similar.
