We are looking to hire an AIOps Lead.

The leader will be responsible for making IT Operations
highly automated, predictive, self-healing, and less dependent on human support
by using
AIOps, Agentic AI, automation, observability, DevOps and SRE practices
.

Core Responsibilities
- AI & Autonomous IT Strategy: Define and implement the organization's AIOps and Autonomous Operations strategy.
- Service Improvement: Continuously improve availability, reliability, performance, and quality of IT services across applications and infrastructure.
- Automation: Automate incident detection, diagnosis, routing, remediation, and resolution.
- L1/L2 Support Transformation: Target 100% elimination of L1 support and 50% reduction in L2 support effort through AI and automation.




- Self-Healing IT: Build systems that can automatically detect problems and fix them without human intervention.
- AIOps & Observability: Implement AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and closed-loop automation.
- Modernization: Drive adoption of Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code and DevSecOps.
- ITSM Automation: Automate Incident, Problem and Change Management using AI agents, playbooks and conversational AI.
Performance Targets: Improve operational metrics such as MTTD
