Job Summary

We are seeking a SEO Analyst to join Ortho-One and strengthen our online visibility and organic search performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and supporting the hospital’s digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant search opportunities.
- Optimise website content, including web pages, blogs, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links.
- Monitor and analyse organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting website performance and search engine visibility.
- Implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Develop and execute local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimisation and location-based search visibility.




- Coordinate with the Content, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Web Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and implement necessary changes to SEO strategies.
- Support content marketing and blog strategies based on search trends and user intent.
- Track competitor SEO activities and identify opportunities for improving Ortho-One’s online presence.
- Ensure SEO activities comply with healthcare content standards, brand guidelines, and ethical practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in SEO/Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
