Role Description
The Social Media Manager role at Bytescare is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.



The Social Media Manager will create and schedule content, manage daily posting, monitor conversations, and respond to audience interactions in a brand-consistent manner. The role includes analyzing performance metrics, refining strategies, and collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams to align social media activities with broader business goals. The Social Media Manager will also track trends, manage social media calendars, support campaign launches, and ensure that Bytescare’s digital presence reflects its brand protection mission.

Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to develop compelling, brand-aligned social media content.
