We are seeking a skilled BIM MEP Modeler to join our engineering and construction team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in compliance with UAE codes, client standards, and project requirements, supporting multidisciplinary coordination across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain LOD 300–400 BIM MEP models using Revit MEP
- Prepare coordinated MEP shop drawings and detailed layouts
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to resolve clashes
- Interpret MEP design drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, ADDC, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards
- Generate schedules, quantities, and BOQs from BIM models
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and naming conventions
- Support construction teams with as-built models and revisions
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support as required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of experience as a BIM MEP Modeler
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV)
- Experience with shop drawings and construction-stage BIM
- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and submission processes
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
