About Manager – Enterprise Solutions & Key Accounts:

We are looking for a consultative and result-oriented Enterprise Sales qualified to drive new business acquisition and strategic client engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise SaaS, solution selling, pre-sales, and account management, with the ability to engage CXOs, understand business challenges, and propose value-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses and commercial negotiations
- Build strong relationships with Admin, Facility Management, Procurement and Operations stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful implementation.
- Drive pilot programs and proof-of-concepts (POCs) where required.




- Manage enterprise accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Solution Consulting.
- Proven experience handling enterprise customers and large accounts.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and managing enterprise sales opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
- Exposure to hospitality, facility management, FoodTech
