is looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator Consultant to help clean up and modernize our Salesforce instance. We are in the middle of a broader RevOps transformation and need someone who can both do the heavy lifting on data hygiene and administrative cleanup, and think strategically about where our processes and workflows are inefficient. This is a working role, not an advisory-only engagement. The right person is comfortable rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day admin tasks while also being sharp enough to audit the system and recommend and build better controls.

Key Responsibilities

Data Hygiene and Administration
- Clean up user records and manage user administration tasks.
- Handle prospect owner and account owner reassignments.
- Identify and correct mismatches between account ownership and opportunity ownership.
- Support broader data integrity efforts across accounts, opportunities, and related objects.
