In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our placement process—reviewing candidate profiles from around the world, matching them to the right programs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing candidate applications and screening CVs to qualifying leads and keeping our data organized and up to date, you’ll play a key role in empowering our sales teams to focus on what they do best—connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Profile Screening & Program Classification
- Review and assess incoming applications and CVs to determine eligibility for job-offer-based programs.
- Classify candidate profiles accurately according to program type and relevant sales office.

Eligibility Verification & CV Review




- Reassess candidate CVs to confirm eligibility for specific programs based on client or program criteria.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing profiles for career fairs, recruitment events, and internal presentation purposes.

Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and other offices, including scheduling, follow-up communication, and data entry.

Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital document handling
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
