Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AI-powered healthcare solution development and Azure cloud engineering Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop AI-powered healthcare solutions leveraging large language models and Generative AI services to enhance member experiences 2. Build and enhance conversational healthcare assistants, implementing intelligent workflows for personalized member service journeys 3. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including semantic search, healthcare knowledge retrieval, and integration with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources 4. Engineer and orchestrate AI agents for complex healthcare workflows, implementing multi-step reasoning, tool-calling patterns, and workflow automation 5. Enable healthcare member experience features such as provider search,



facility search, symptom guidance, advantages and coverage guidance, cost estimation, claims status, and contact center escalation 6. Collaborate with AI architects and platform teams to implement AI Gateway integrations, LLM routing and orchestration, prompt management, transcript logging, observability, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks 7. Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, and chatbot interfaces, integrating AI models into web-based applications while ensuring performance, latency, and cost efficiency 8. Ensure AI solutions adhere to healthcare privacy requirements, implementing guardrails, monitoring, safety mechanisms, and supporting HIPAA and Responsible AI compliance Required Skills: 1.
