Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Consultant with experience in Direct Tax processes and technology-enabled tax transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in
US and Non-US Tax Provision

, exposure to
OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax)

requirements, and robust analytical capabilities using
Python

and
Power Query

. The candidate will support tax process optimization, automation, data management, and implementation of tax technology solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Tax & Provision
- Support preparation, review, and automation of:
- US Tax Provision (ASC 740)
- Non-US/Global Tax Provision processes
- Effective Tax Rate (ETR) calculations
- Deferred tax and current tax computations




- Assist clients in tax reporting and compliance transformation initiatives.
- Perform tax data gathering, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.

Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax
- Support Pillar Two readiness assessments and implementation projects.
- Assist in collection and analysis of GloBE data requirements.
- Participate in Pillar Two calculations, reporting, and process-design activities.
- Support development of tax data models and governance frameworks.

Tax Technology & Analytics
- Develop data transformation and automation solutions using
Python
and
Power Query
.
- Create automated workflows and dashboards for tax reporting and provision processes.
- Analyze large datasets and improve data quality controls.
- Assist in integration of tax source systems with reporting tools.

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with tax, finance, and technology teams.
- Prepare client presentations, status reports, and solution documentation.
