We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Financial Analysis to support one of our Divisional team with a primary focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) functions. This role works directly with the Finance Leadership to deliver strategic financial insights, business intelligence, and comprehensive analytical support for the account. The Assistant Manager will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis, and financial modeling while ensuring timely delivery of actionable financial insights for the Division, Account Management team and JLL Corporate Finance Team. What this job involves:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead annual budget planning processes, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business decision-making and scenario planning
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and trends
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations with forward-looking commentary, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations
- Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
- Create and enhance financial dashboards and automated reporting tools to improve analytical capabilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability drivers across different business segments
- Support strategic initiatives through detailed financial impact assessments and ROI analysis
- Develop ad-hoc analytical reports to support management decision-making and client presentations
Strategic Financial Support:
