An experienced finance professional with over 3 years in a leadership role, overseeing end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, treasury, taxation, statutory books closing and audit finalization, costing, and financial reporting. Proven expertise in strategic planning, credit control, and pricing support in close partnership with senior leadership. Demonstrates solid financial governance, effective cash flow oversight, robust internal controls, and strict compliance with regulatory and audit standards. Leads and develops high-performing finance teams, driving operational efficiency and enabling business growth through data-driven decision-making and sound financial stewardship.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategies and governance frameworks for credit control and collections management.
- Support senior leadership in defining financial control objectives, setting targets, and establishing robust internal control mechanisms.
- Collaborate with the Head of Finance and Marketing teams to formulate pricing strategies aligned with business goals.




- Lead the budgeting process at the business unit level, including preparation of budget schedules, formats, assumptions, and consolidation of departmental inputs.
- Monitor budget adherence, perform variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Upload and maintain final budgets in ERP systems and ensure periodic tracking of performance against budgets.
- Oversee treasury operations, including receipts, payments processing, bank reconciliations, and period-end closings.
- Forecast cash/funding requirements and ensure timely availability of funds for operations.
- Identify low-cost funding sources and negotiate with financial institutions for favorable terms.
- Define and implement credit policies including management of credit limits, arrears, and advance payments.
