Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Data Analyst / BI Analyst
to analyze business data, create meaningful insights, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL, Excel, Python, and BI visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Perform data analysis using Python and relevant libraries.
- Create advanced Excel reports, pivot tables, formulas, and data models.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities from data.
- Track and analyze KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with business, product, finance, operations, and technology teams.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.




- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Robust SQL and database querying skills.
- Good knowledge of Python for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Understanding of data visualization, dashboards, and reporting.
- Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes.
- Knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of business intelligence and KPI frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, or Tableau calculations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
