ryWe are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Reconciliation & Operations to oversee critical reconciliation, accounting, settlement, and operational control activities within a banking and financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reconciliations, trade settlements, payments, wealth operations, treasury operations, and financial controls. This role requires solid analytical skills, operational leadership, stakeholder management, and a risk-focused mindset to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of financial transactions and balance

esReconciliation Manageme
- ntComplete daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations within established SLA
- s.Ensure accurate reconciliation of General Ledger (GL), Nostro/Vostro, settlement, clearing, suspense, stock/unit holding, and payment account
- s.Monitor reconciliation accuracy and ensure timely closure of outstanding item




- s.Review reconciliation outputs and maintain appropriate documentation and audit trail

*s.Investigation & Resolution of Reconciliation Brea*
- ksIdentify, investigate, and resolve unmatched transactions, discrepancies, and variance
- s.Perform root cause analysis for recurring reconciliation issue
- s.Escalate aged, high-risk, or suspicious reconciliation items to relevant stakeholder
- s.Coordinate with internal and external teams to achieve timely resolutio

- tsPrepare, review, and post corrective journal entries where require
