Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Business Development:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets and expands the customer base.
- Identify potential customers, industries, and market segments for targeting sales efforts.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently prospecting and generating recent business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and pricing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored freight and forwarding solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on shipments, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.





Marketing and Promotional Activities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings, providing insights and recommendations for marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Master’s / bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales within the freight and forwarding industry,
- Must have good analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
